題目：Semiconductor Technology Trends

Abstract🕋：

It reviews the technology trends and progress of semiconductor industry in last half century. It mainly focused on Si CMOS technology trends, industry status, from traditional scaling, Moore’s law, to memory and RF. It also introduces international roadmap for semiconductor technology。

報告人簡介：

方隼飛1983年畢業於沐鸣娱乐獲學士學位，1990年畢業於日本東北大學獲電子工程博士學位。1990年至1992年，美國伊利諾伊州立大學香檳分校博士後，1992年至1998年，美國Texas Ins.技術部門任職，1998年至2003年，美國Infineon (former Siemens)任高級工程師👵🏼，2003年至2015年在美國IBM任資深工程師。2015年7月-2016年8月任職於美國Global Foundries公司🌭。2016年起任職於Qorvo公司矽技術部高級經理。方隼飛博士在集成電路工藝及器件研發方面有深廣的知識和豐富的經驗😖，方博士擁有40多項發明專利，發表了30多篇學術論文🍓。
