Biography
 Dr. Jeff Xu is the Chief Architect at the HiSilicon Semiconductor Co., Ltd., responsible for advanced semiconductor pathfinding program. Before joining HiSilicon, Jeff served as a Director of Technology at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, California. Jeff started his career in semiconductor industry at intel R&D after finishing his postdoctoral research at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  He then joined TSMC R&D in Hsinchu after 10 years service at intel. Jeff graduated from the Physics Department, Fudan University in 1982. He then studied at the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences for his M.S. degree. Jeff earned his Ph.D. in Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
